County Building Windows, Paint & Roof

  • Description: The Otsego County Building received an upgrade in the form of new windows, roof, and paint. The side and rear windows of the building were replaced, which completed the total window replacement project started in 2016. The existing asphalt shingles and ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) rubber were replaced on the roof, with metal accents added to the clock tower and upper mansard on the front of the building. The color scheme of the building was also changed from an orange and brown to a red and grey scheme.
