Airport Zoning Ordinance

An ordinance establishing airport zoning regulations restricting the height of structures and objects of natural growth and otherwise regulating the use of property in the vicinity of the Gaylord Regional Airport.

The ordinance was adopted on August 7, 1973 and amended on December 9, 1986.

The Gaylord Regional Airport Director is designated the Administrative Agency charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations.

Zoning maps are available for viewing at the office of the Airport Director. Any questions should be directed to the Airport Director.
