Otsego County Parks Are Smoke Free Facilities

 

Tobacco:

Tobacco products, including vaping, are prohibited from use in the following locations: cabins, restrooms and playground areas. 

Marijuana:

Marijuana use is strictly prohibited at any Otsego County Parks & Recreation facility. This includes, but not limited to, the use of marijuana in: campers, cars, restrooms, cabins and parking lots. Those who violate this rule will be asked to vacate Otsego County Parks property immediately without receiving a refund.
