At Drop Sites

Containers Include: plastic bottles, jugs, and jars; plastic tubs, trays, and cups; juice boxes, milk cartons, and paper cups; metal cans, foil and trays; glass bottles and jars. Paper, Boxes and Bags Include: newspapers and inserts; magazines, catalogs, and books; office and writing paper; cardboard, cereal boxes and grocery bags; plastic grocery and bread bags.

At Drop-off Center

The Drop-off Center may take large plastic toys and plastic chairs. Call ahead prior to drop-off to ensure they are accepting the items.

Small Appliances

Large Appliances; Electronics; Fluorescent Light Bulbs; Batteries; Scrap Metal; Tires; Rubble; Wood; Clothing and Bedding; Shoes and Work Boots; Antifreeze; Motor Oil (plus similar) *There may be fees associated with some items.

Note: Twelve locations in Emmet County (Petoskey and Harbor Shores).
