The mission of the Otsego County Commission on Aging is to coordinate, provide and initiate programs, and promote the independence and well-being of older adults of Otsego County and supporting family caregivers.

Overview
The Otsego County Commission on Aging provides programs and services "to help and to care" for older adults and their caregivers. This is done in the spirit of caring and with the goal of promoting and protecting the independence and well-being of older adults and their dignity. Programs and services include:

- Congregate and Home Delivered Meals
- In-Home Services
- Information and Assistance
- Otsego Haus Adult Day Services
- Special Events
